What You Will Actually Do

Daily Duties

  • Design and build internal systems and process improvements.
  • Document workflow, decisions, and how things work.
  • Test new tools and processes with target teams.
  • Respond to internal system support needs.

Weekly Goals

  • Move every active build to a clear next step.
  • Identify the highest-leverage improvements worth tackling.
  • Train teams on new systems and tools.
  • Review adoption and adjust based on feedback.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Partner with team leads on workflow pain points.
  • Coordinate with Operational Officer on enterprise-wide rollouts.
  • Support cross-team initiatives that need new infrastructure.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate documentation of systems and processes.
  • Report monthly on builds shipped, adoption, and impact.
  • Track improvement opportunities and prioritize accordingly.

What We Are Looking For

  • Comfortable with tools, automations, and basic technical concepts.
