From the moment he can remember, Brett Zandes carried a dream—a dream fueled by the desire to help others, achieve personal success, and build a life of financial security.

Little did he know, his journey toward fulfilling that vision would take him on a path filled with unexpected turns and transformative moments.

As a young man, Brett was driven by a competitive spirit, shaped by years of athletic dedication. He trained as a decathlete, eventually earning 8th place in the state of California and securing a scholarship to a four-year university. Athletics taught Brett what it means to pursue excellence, to fight for greatness, and to set goals that stretch the boundaries of what is possible. For a time, Brett dreamed of becoming a superstar athlete, someone who could conquer challenges and stand at the pinnacle of achievement. As a coach during his college years, leading his team to an extraordinary 52–2 season victory, he experienced the deep satisfaction of striving for success. But life had other plans. As he came to terms with the realization that superstardom in sports wasn’t his ultimate path, Brett discovered a deeper calling: the joy of serving others and helping them unlock their potential. His natural ability to lead and inspire sparked his next career as a K–12 educator, where he embraced the opportunity to instill hope and knowledge in the minds of young learners. Every lesson taught, every student mentored, and every connection made brought him closer to fulfilling his purpose.

Even after leaving the classroom behind, Brett’s commitment to helping others didn’t waver. For a time, he worked as a part-time consultant and trainer, sharing his experience and guiding organizations and professionals toward growth. His passion for mentorship complemented his drive to excel, allowing him to touch the lives of countless adults as they strove for greatness in their own careers—a continuation of the work he began as an educator.

Yet, even as success came, Brett was always looking for ways to tie his three dreams—helping others, personal achievement, and financial security—into a single, fulfilling purpose. It was this search that led him to discover an unexpected opportunity within the financial services and insurance industry. What started as curiosity soon blossomed into a new frontier, a chance to combine his talents with his passions to make a lasting difference. The industry offered Brett a meaningful way to help people build strong, secure futures while also creating a legacy of success for himself. It didn’t take long for him to realize that he could turn this vision into reality, not just for himself, but for others as well.
