What You Will Actually Do

Daily Duties

  • Lead daily standups and operational reviews.
  • Triage operational issues and unblock the team.
  • Engage with staff, customers, and partners as needed.
  • Document key decisions and operational changes.

Weekly Goals

  • Hit weekly operational KPIs.
  • Develop direct reports through 1:1s and coaching.
  • Review workflow health and address bottlenecks.
  • Align with leadership on strategic priorities.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate across departments to keep handoffs clean.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and finance leadership.
  • Support special projects and growth initiatives.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate operational dashboards.
  • Report weekly on KPIs, team health, and emerging risks.
  • Track strategic initiative progress and outcomes.
