What You Will Actually Do

Daily Duties

  • Handle administrative tasks across multiple teams and projects.
  • Prepare documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate communication and scheduling between people and teams.
  • Respond promptly to incoming requests and follow-up needs.

Weekly Goals

  • Move every assigned task to closure or clear next step.
  • Maintain accurate trackers, files, and shared resources.
  • Anticipate the week ahead and prep the support that will be needed.
  • Surface conflicts or gaps to leadership early.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate across teams to keep handoffs clean.
  • Support project leads with logistics, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Partner with the Support Team on shared workflow rhythms.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of activity, deadlines, and project status.
  • Provide weekly summaries of progress and outstanding items.
  • Flag risks and recommend solutions before they escalate.
