What You Will Actually Do

Daily Duties

  • Reach out to community partners, schools, churches, and nonprofits.
  • Coordinate service activities, volunteer days, and partner events.
  • Document conversations, commitments, and follow-up needs.
  • Respond promptly to community requests and partner inquiries.

Weekly Goals

  • Initiate or deepen at least 3-5 community partnerships.
  • Coordinate at least one volunteer or service touchpoint.
  • Share community stories and impact moments back to the team.
  • Identify emerging community needs worth responding to.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Partner with Pleasant Philanthropist on overlapping community contacts.
  • Coordinate volunteer participation across the team.
  • Support marketing and communications with authentic community stories.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Log partnership activity, service hours, and community touchpoints.
  • Report monthly on partnerships built, impact delivered, and stories worth telling.
  • Maintain a current community partner database.
