What You Will Actually Do

Daily Duties

  • Communicate organizational priorities.
  • Strengthen relationships across teams.
  • Connect people with appropriate resources.
  • Welcome new team members.
  • Support implementation of organizational initiatives.

Weekly Goals

  • Follow up on strategic initiatives.
  • Meet with emerging leaders.
  • Encourage collaboration.
  • Promote organizational opportunities.
  • Strengthen warm market relationships through the Schlais School philosophy.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with Elite Executives.
  • Support Sure Supervisors and Caring Coaches.
  • Help departments remain aligned around mission, vision, and priorities.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor implementation of organizational initiatives.
  • Report organizational trends.
  • Recommend improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for stronger collaboration.
