What You Will Actually Do

Daily Duties

  • Hold leadership, teams, programs, and those served in daily prayer.
  • Receive and steward incoming prayer requests with care and confidentiality.
  • Maintain a personal prayer journal or rhythm for ongoing intercession.
  • Respond to urgent prayer needs as they arise.

Weekly Goals

  • Cover each leader, team, and major initiative in focused weekly prayer.
  • Send brief encouragement or scripture to specific people as the Lord leads.
  • Prepare prayer focus themes for the week ahead.
  • Check in on long-running prayer requests for continued intercession.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with faith leadership on organizational prayer needs.
  • Participate in team prayer gatherings and special seasons of intercession.
  • Support partner organizations and faith communities when appropriate.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain a confidential record of active prayer focuses.
  • Share praise reports and breakthrough moments when appropriate.
  • Communicate emerging prayer needs to faith leadership.
