What You Will Actually Do
Daily Duties
- Research grant opportunities aligned with mission and current needs.
- Draft and refine proposals, letters of inquiry, and supporting materials.
- Track submission deadlines and required documentation.
- Respond to funder questions and clarifications.
Weekly Goals
- Move every active proposal forward toward submission.
- Identify at least one new qualified funder opportunity.
- Update the grant pipeline tracker with current status.
- Steward existing funders with timely updates and reports.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with leadership on funding priorities and program narratives.
- Partner with Funder Finder and Fresh Fundraiser on overlapping prospects.
- Support program teams with data and stories that strengthen proposals.
Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate grant pipeline records and award documentation.
- Report monthly on submissions, awards, declines, and renewal activity.
- Track post-award reporting requirements and deadlines.
