What You Will Actually Do

Daily Duties

  • Research and qualify potential individual donors.
  • Reach out to prospects and current donors with personal communication.
  • Schedule and prepare for cultivation meetings.
  • Log every interaction in the donor database.

Weekly Goals

  • Move each donor in the portfolio one step closer to the next milestone.
  • Add qualified new prospects to the cultivation pipeline.
  • Send personalized stewardship touchpoints to existing donors.
  • Identify and prepare for upcoming cultivation conversations.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with Sensational Subsidizer and Fresh Fundraiser on overlapping prospects.
  • Partner with leadership on cultivation strategy and major donor moves.
  • Support events that gather donors and prospects together.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate donor portfolio records and giving history.
  • Report monthly on cultivation movement, asks made, and gifts secured.
  • Track stewardship touchpoints and renewal opportunities.
