You spend your days building goodwill, telling our story authentically, and inviting people of every kind — businesses, individuals, families, faith communities — to come alongside us in a way that fits who they are.

What You Will Actually Do
Daily Duties
- Reach out to community supporters, business contacts, and faith community members.
- Attend community events, networking opportunities, and partner gatherings as scheduled.
- Maintain detailed records of conversations, introductions, and follow-up commitments.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from interested supporters or potential sponsors.
Weekly Goals
- Initiate 5-10 new conversations with potential sponsors or supporters.
- Follow up on every cultivated relationship currently in the pipeline.
- Share organizational stories, milestones, and updates across community channels.
- Identify and qualify at least one new strategic partnership opportunity.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Partner with Notable Negotiator on strategic sponsorship opportunities.
- Coordinate with leadership on partnership priorities and messaging.
- Support outreach efforts of Humble Humanitarian and other community-facing roles.
Tracking & Reporting
- Log all outreach activity, conversations, and pipeline movement.
- Provide weekly summaries of new contacts, active conversations, and emerging opportunities.
- Highlight standout relationships and recommend areas for deeper investment.
